• To upload all necessary supporting documents, including the company's securities register and certified identification documents of beneficial owners.
• To communicate with the CIPC and respond to any queries or requests for information relating to the Company's beneficial ownership filing.
• To sign and digitally authenticate all relevant documentation required for the submission process.

This mandate is valid for the purpose of the initial beneficial ownership filing and will remain in effect for all subsequent annual filings and updates regarding changes in beneficial ownership, until it is revoked in writing by the Company.

The Company confirms that it is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all beneficial ownership information provided to the mandated filer and submitted to the CIPC. The Company indemnifies the mandated filer against any penalties or liabilities that may arise from incorrect information supplied by the Company.

This mandate is granted in terms of a resolution passed by the board of directors / members of the Company, signed by the requisite majority (at least 50% + 1 of the directors, or all members for a Close Corporation). Signed at Paarl on this 03 day of October 2025.
