Isibani Chartered Accountants and Auditors ("Isibani") was incorporated and commenced operations in August 2017. The ambition and desire to make an impact in the finance market and their community brought together the founders, Wandile Khumalo and Deshan Chetty.

Having worked as chartered accountants for a combined 20 years in Kwazulu-Natal and Johannesburg, Wandile and Deshan felt the need for change and wanted to make their own definitive mark.

Subsequently, Rainesh Pillay, Tania Thupa, Shane Komal, Romona Govender, Nkosinathi Nkomo, Moga Pather, and Farhana Haffejee joined Isibani and their significant experience in their areas of expertise (both private and public) contributed to Isibani’s overall growth and establishment of various divisions as well as a very successful subsidiary, Isibani Digital.
