With over 20 years of design and manufacturing experience, Designa is one of South Africa's top plastic manufacturers for cosmetics packaging. Now specialising in plastic squeeze tubes for ointments, creams and cosmetics, Designa is able to offer customers within South Africa and beyond, competitive wholesale prices, fast turnaround times and exceptional customer service.

Founded in 1992 Designa started off with a focus on custom injection moulding. Over the years we have shifted our focus onto primarily rigid packaging for the cosmetic industry. Our production facility is a 4000m2 factory with over 40 production machines for injection moulding, injection blow moulding (IBM) and Injection stretch blow moulding (SBM), screen printing, labeling and pad printing.

Many of the packing products we manufacture are custom made for our brand owner customers but we are pleased to be able to offer as stock products:

• PET JARs 60,100,130ml
• Large ball Roll on bottles, caps and balls 50ml
• Double layer printed soft extruded tubes, printed in up to 4 colours + varnish currently in 30 and 40mm diameters
• Soon to be launched will be 25 and 50mm diameter tubes.
