Back in 1996, McAllister's opened as a small coffee bar on Aliwal Street in Durban. It was meant to be simple — good coffee, light meals, warm service. But the food kept drawing people in.

What started in a single shop quickly became something bigger. The coffee bar expanded, and catering took off. Nearly three decades later, we're still doing what we've always done: serving food that brings people together and making sure it's done properly.

McAllister's has grown into one of Durban’s most trusted catering teams — known for our calm delivery, flexible menus, and reliable service.

We’ve catered everything from small family milestones to major corporate events. We're proud to be one of the official caterers for Kings Park Stadium (home of the Sharks), and we’ve partnered with some of Durban's most established businesses and institutions over the years.
