Zeday Construction Projects is well known in Pietermaritzburg's construction industry, with a strong reputation built over three decades. Founded in 2017 by Shane Martin, the company traces its roots back to the well-known ZA Developments cc, established in 1992 by Keith Martin, Shane’s father.

In 2016 Shane Martin joined ZA Developments, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Small Business Development Studies (UKZN). With Shane being keen to continue the building side of the business & Keith nearing retirement, the decision was made to establish Zeday Construction Projects for Shane to pursue under the guidance of his parents, Keith & Sally. Most of the Zeday team previously worked for ZA Developments, including Sally Martin who forms the backbone of the businesses administration with her 30+ years of administration experience.

Specialising in residential new builds, Zeday Construction Projects also delivers a wide range of complementary services, including major renovations, concrete works, and painting.
