As a wholly owned subsidiary of Crowie Holdings,  Enza Construction has 300 years of collective construction management experience.

Enza Construction was established in the early 2000’s by brothers, Rowan and Clinton Crowie. Both BSc Construction Management Graduates, their introduction to construction started at an early age as trainees at Crowie Builders, a renovations, additions and alterations business started by their dad in the 1970’s in the Durban area.

With a strong passion for building, the relevant qualification and a determination to succeed, Rowan and Clinton set out to create a construction company that would be recognised for a high level of quality, a strong work ethic and would offer services to the communities in dire need of infrastructure development, communities that they grew up knowing and identified with.

Enza Construction now exemplifies a truly South African success story with over 20 years of experience in the industry with Rowan and Clinton Crowie at the helm of the business.

Enza Housing has strategically aligned itself to the deliverables and specifications as required by the Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) and has executed many projects successfully with private developers in SHRA financed projects.
